Exactly! You will receive a 2-hour service window the day before your in-home service.
Since you can't change the time frame once it's assigned, please choose a service date when your schedule is flexible and you can be available at any time during that day. If you're unable to be there, anyone over the age of 18 can be present during the in-home service.
